Overview

THE CONCEPT

This workflow takes a single portrait and runs it through Seedance 2.5 to produce a photorealistic live-action clip invaded by classic 2D cartoon physics. You upload your character on a set, lock their identity and environment, then let one master prompt run seven sequential gags — muscle inflation, a growing nose, a jaw drop, popping eyes, a pounding heart, an unrolling tongue and steam from the ears. The key is the sequential reset rule: every effect fully reverses before the next begins, so your character never drifts. The result feels like an expensive VFX production translated straight from a Saturday-morning cartoon.

The Workflow

FOUR STEPS

01
Setup · Pick Your Tool
OPEN SEEDANCE 2.5
Head to your preferred website that runs Seedance 2.5. This is the engine that handles the elastic cartoon physics while keeping your character photorealistic. Make sure you're on the image-to-video mode so you can feed it a starting frame.
02
Base · Upload Frame
UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE
Upload your character photo — ideally on a set, in a room, or any clean environment with clear lighting. This image becomes the absolute visual reference and starting frame for every gag. A sharp, well-lit shot with the full face and upper body visible gives the model the most to lock onto.
03
Prompt · The Gag Engine
PASTE THE PROMPT
Drop in the master prompt below. It locks your character's identity and environment, then runs seven cartoon reactions one at a time — each with a full reset before the next. Don't edit the sequential rules; they're what stop the deformations from stacking or drifting.
Seedance 2.5 Prompt — Cartoon Reactions
Use **Image 1 as the absolute visual reference and starting frame**. Transform the attached character into a cinematic, photorealistic live-action sequence where he experiences a series of classic, physically impossible cartoon reactions while remaining inside the **exact same setup/environment from Image 1**. ### CORE VISUAL LOCK Preserve the character’s **exact identity, face, hairstyle, skin tone, clothing, body proportions, accessories, and recognizable features** from Image 1. Preserve the original room/set, furniture, lighting direction, background objects, spatial layout, and overall composition. Do not redesign the character or environment. The character remains fundamentally photorealistic, while each reaction temporarily introduces **extreme elastic cartoon physics rendered with premium cinematic CGI/VFX**. Think believable live-action footage invaded by impossible hand-animated cartoon logic. ### CRITICAL SEQUENTIAL RULE Perform the following effects **ONE AT A TIME, NEVER SIMULTANEOUSLY**. Every effect follows this structure: **NORMAL → anticipation → impossible cartoon transformation → brief reaction → transformation completely reverses → character returns 100% to his original normal appearance → short neutral beat → NEXT EFFECT.** Never carry any deformation from one effect into the next. --- ### EFFECT 01 — EXTREME MUSCLE INFLATION Character looks down at his arms. His forearms suddenly begin swelling with exaggerated cartoon physics, rapidly **ballooning into absurdly oversized muscular forearms**. Make the inflation visibly progressive: normal arm → expanding → huge rounded muscular forearm → maximum exaggerated size. Add subtle clothing tension and realistic skin deformation while maintaining deliberately impossible proportions. He reacts confidently for a moment. Then the muscles rapidly **deflate back into his original arms**, restoring his exact normal proportions. **FULL RESET.** ### EFFECT 02 — GROWING NOSE Character makes a suspicious innocent expression. His nose suddenly begins extending straight outward from his face like an impossible cartoon lie detector. It grows progressively: normal nose → 20 cm → 50 cm → extremely long exaggerated nose extending deep toward the camera. The nose remains physically connected to his face with smooth elastic deformation. Character crosses his eyes trying to look at the end of it. The nose then **rapidly retracts back into his face** like an elastic object. Restore his exact original nose and facial anatomy. **FULL RESET.** ### EFFECT 03 — JAW DROP TO THE FLOOR Character suddenly sees something shocking off-camera. His eyes widen. His lower jaw impossibly detaches downward while remaining elastically connected to his face, **dropping all the way toward the floor and unrolling downward like a carpet**. Make the motion ridiculously exaggerated but visually clean and readable. Hold the impossible jaw-drop for a brief comedic beat. Then the jaw **snaps upward with elastic recoil**, perfectly reconnecting with his face. His face immediately returns to normal. **FULL RESET.** ### EFFECT 04 — EYES POPPING OUT Character notices something astonishing. Both eyes suddenly **launch outward from their sockets** on exaggerated elastic cartoon stalks, projecting dramatically toward the camera. Eyes remain connected to the character and retain realistic iris details. Add several rapid forward pulses: **POP → recoil slightly → POP farther → maximum extension.** Accompany the moment with a classic exaggerated **“AWOOGA!”-style horn SFX**, spring tension and elastic stretching sounds. The eyes then snap violently but cleanly back into their sockets. Character blinks twice. Exact normal facial anatomy restored. **FULL RESET.** ### EFFECT 05 — HEART POUNDING OUT OF CHEST Character suddenly becomes emotionally overwhelmed. His chest begins rhythmically bulging outward. **THUMP… THUMP… THUMP…** With every beat, an exaggerated heart-shaped bulge pushes farther through the front of his shirt as though his heart is physically trying to escape his chest. On the largest beat, the heart pushes dramatically outward while remaining connected beneath the clothing. Synchronize each movement with powerful cartoon heartbeat SFX and subtle fabric stretching. The heartbeat gradually slows. The heart retracts completely and the shirt/chest return perfectly to their original appearance. **FULL RESET.** ### EFFECT 06 — TONGUE ROLLS OUT LIKE A RED CARPET Character reacts with exaggerated amazement. His mouth opens and his tongue suddenly shoots outward, then **unrolls forward like a long red carpet**, extending impossibly far across the foreground. The tongue should physically roll/unroll rather than simply stretch. Character remains frozen in astonishment while looking toward the extended tongue. After the comedic hold, the tongue rapidly **rolls itself backward into his mouth**, disappearing completely. His mouth closes. Original facial anatomy restored. **FULL RESET.** ### EFFECT 07 — EXTREME ANGER / STEAM FROM EARS Character becomes progressively irritated. His expression tightens. His face begins turning increasingly red from the neck upward, like a cartoon thermometer reaching maximum temperature. Build the reaction progressively: normal → annoyed → angry → extremely red → maximum pressure. At maximum anger, **powerful white steam blasts rhythmically from both ears**, with short pressure bursts and realistic volumetric vapor interaction. Add subtle head vibration, clenched teeth, eyebrow tension and pressure-building SFX. **PSHHH! PSHHH!** The steam stops. His face rapidly cools from bright red back to its exact natural skin tone. Expression relaxes. **FINAL FULL RESET TO IMAGE 1 CHARACTER.** --- ### CAMERA & CINEMATIC EXECUTION Keep the camera language cinematic and premium while maintaining strong continuity with Image 1. Use subtle controlled push-ins, micro handheld movement, selective close-ups, reaction inserts and slight perspective changes only when they enhance an effect. Prioritize **clear visibility of every transformation**. Do not cut away during the critical deformation moment. Use realistic depth of field, natural motion blur, physically believable lighting interaction, detailed skin shading, realistic clothing simulation, high-end compositing, ray-traced reflections where appropriate, premium CGI deformation and seamless VFX integration. The impossible transformations should feel like **classic 2D cartoon physics translated into an expensive photorealistic live-action VFX production**. ### SOUND DESIGN **NO MUSIC. SFX ONLY.** Use detailed synchronized cartoon-inspired sound design: elastic stretching, rubber squeaks, inflation, deflation, spring recoils, slide whistles, jaw-drop impact, AWOOGA-style horn, heartbeat thumps, tongue unrolling, pressure buildup, steam blasts and subtle environmental room tone. Every SFX must synchronize precisely with its corresponding physical action. ### STRICT NEGATIVE CONSTRAINTS No permanent deformation. No effect overlapping another effect. No transformation beginning before the previous effect has completely reset. No identity drift. No face replacement. No wardrobe changes. No extra limbs. No duplicate character. No gore, blood, exposed organs or disturbing anatomy. No horror aesthetic. No background transformation. No random objects appearing. No surreal environmental changes. No text, subtitles, logos or watermarks. **The comedy comes exclusively from temporary impossible cartoon body physics. After EVERY individual gag, restore the character perfectly to his original Image 1 appearance before proceeding to the next effect.**

Pro Notes

PUSH IT FURTHER

🔒
Identity
LOCK THE FACE
Use a sharp, front-facing photo with even lighting. The clearer your reference, the less the model drifts across seven back-to-back transformations.
🔁
Timing
WATCH THE RESETS
The magic is in the full reset between each gag. If a deformation carries over or effects overlap, regenerate — never patch it by editing the prompt's sequential rules.
🔊
Audio
KEEP SFX ONLY
The prompt forces no music, SFX only. The synced elastic squeaks, AWOOGA horns and steam blasts are what sell the cartoon logic — don't add a music bed in post.
🎬
Framing
GIVE IT ROOM
Frame your upload with headroom and space in front of the face so the growing nose, popping eyes and unrolling tongue have somewhere to extend toward camera.
